Lenticular Truss
Also known as an elliptical truss, this bridge is a graceful single track bridge that started to appear in the 1870's and was used through the 1940 on light trackage (code 55). In many cases, once the bridge had outlived it's railroad usage the bridge was converted to vehicle use. Some are still active today. The kit features accurate rivet detailing, cross bracing detail, prototype pin connections, bracing wire with turnbuckles and hanging floor system.
